What is the delivery time of my order?

Delivery times range from 6 - 8 working days.

Update: Most parcels are again arriving a bit faster in EU countries and the UK! You will normally receive your parcel within 5 working days.

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?

If the delivery time of 6 - 8 working days has passed and you still haven't received anything, please send an email to info@laventique.com. We will find out what is wrong with your package.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?

To send a return, simply contact our customer service team at retour@laventique.com. Please include your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email and the reason for return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that is done, you can send the product to us via a courier of your choice.

What are the costs of returns?

Returning to us is unfortunately at your own expense. The costs will therefore depend on the courier. Please consult the website of the respective courier you wish to send with for more information on prices.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There is always a 14-day return period. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions to returning:

Which payment methods can I use?

Can I cancel my order?

Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Send an email to retour@laventique.com as soon as possible. Please include your name, the order number you received in the confirmation e-mail (e.g. #0000) and the reason why you want to cancel your order.
